About the Jobologist

Jobology® is a subsidiary of TSG Consulting Services founded in 2010 by Jobologist and owner, Tina S. Gaddy.

With a strong business background and over a decade of experience helping people attain self-sufficiency, Tina’s expertise and services include strategic career mapping, résumé writing, career coaching, talent acquisition, workforce development and higher education administration.  As the inventor of the Sadie Hawkins Career Fair, Tina employs an innovative approach to conquering all facets of the employment market and clients praise her attention to detail and avant-garde career advice.

A Philadelphia native, Tina Gaddy's network of hiring managers spans the nation in a myriad of fields including business, health care, technology, government and non-profit sectors.  In addition to assisting individuals and corporate clients in maximizing successful career strategies, Tina often serves as an adjunct professor teaching  a number of courses including Organizational Behavior, Critical Thinking, Career Development and Intro to Business. Professional appointments include Director of Career Services, National Director of Career Development, and Employer Relations Manager.

Ms. Gaddy holds a B.A. from Lincoln University and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from Springfield College.  She enjoys active memberships with the National Association of Colleges and Employers, the National Career Development Association, and the Metropolitan Board of the Chicago Urban League.
